Monday Sept 9
Elise went off to work after no less than three snoozes on her alarm. Meanwhile, Madalene and I started the day slowly... coffee... computer... showers... brunch... then off to the bike shop to find parts to fix Jenn's kickstand (which rattled apart on the cobblestones here). The bike mechanic punched new screw holes, re-threaded, and gave us some new screws (metric, imperial, apples, organges)! Nice boy!
Not much to write about today. Also, apparently, there are no pictures! It was a lazy day dealing with route planning, blogging, interneting, and preparing to head for the Highlands, the Hebrides, and who knows what else Scotland has to offer!
